What This Privacy Policy Covers

• This policy covers what “Personal Information” is collected by Ready, Willing, and Abel, LLC (“RWA”) and how we treat such “Personal Information.”  “Personal Information” is information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number, as well as information related to your past use of RWA products and services.  

• Personal Information excludes information that is publicly available.

• This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of companies that RWA does not own or control, or to people who we do not employ.

• When you register on our website (or otherwise opt-in), we may request information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. When you register or opt-in, you are not anonymous to us.

• When you visit our website or the pages of certain RWA partners, we may automatically collect Personal Information or usage data, such as:  your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time/date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We may also collect Confidential Information that your browser sends to us whenever you visit our website.

• When you request customer support, or fill out forms requesting information, white papers, reports, videos, customer support or other content assets, you consent that we may contact you by phone and/or email to follow up on your interest regarding your request. These forms include those on our website and third party sites hosting our content, such as LinkedIn & other content distribution platforms.

• RWA may set and access RWA cookies on your computer.

• RWA may use web beacons to access cookies inside and outside our network of web sites and in connection with RWA newsletters and services.

• RWA uses Google AdWords Remarketing and similar ad-serving platforms to serve you information about relevant services and products you have shown interest in. AdWords remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on the parts of the RWA website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine. This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer. Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and display ads that are relevant to you.  At any time, you may opt-out of marketing or sales communications or modify your personal information. You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google’s Ads Settings.  

• “Do Not Track” is a privacy preference that you can set in your web browser. When you turn on the do not track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track you. If you enable DNT, our cookie preferences tool will automatically turn off all targeting cookies on our websites in response to the signal from that browser or device.

• You can edit your RWA Account Information at any time, and you can reject the placement of cookies.

• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the RWA service, such as service announcements, administrative messages, that are considered part of your RWA account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

• RWA may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your RWA account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
